We guarantee that every timepiece sold by TheTimelapseWatch is 100% authentic. We conduct rigorous inspections and verifications for every item in our inventory.

Regarding the condition of pre-owned timepieces, we adhere to a strict visual standard. The high-resolution photographs provided on the product page form an integral part of the product description. Buyers are encouraged to inspect these images closely as they represent the exact physical condition of the watch including any wear, scratches, or patina.

We provide secure shipping to destinations throughout Indonesia and select international locations. All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit up to the full purchase value.

• Domestic Shipping: Handled via RPX, FedEx, or JNE with Next Day Service where available.
• International Shipping: Handled via FedEx International Priority. Customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

A tracking number will be provided immediately upon dispatch. Signature upon delivery is mandatory for all shipments.

Due to the exclusive and high-value nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer a 3-day inspection period commencing from the date of delivery.

Returns are only accepted if the timepiece received is proven to be inauthentic or significantly not as described (materially different from the photographs provided). In such rare events, the watch must be returned in the exact condition it was received, with all tags, stickers, and accessories intact.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information collected during the inquiry or purchase process (including name, address, and payment details) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing our concierge service.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

New/Unworn Watches: Are covered by the remaining balance of the original manufacturer's international warranty, if applicable.

Pre-owned Watches: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, pre-owned watches are sold in "as-is" condition. While we ensure they are running within acceptable standards at the time of sale, vintage timepieces may require regular servicing which is the responsibility of the owner.
